It provides stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, with one double bedroom, living and dining area, kitchen (with washing machine) and shower room with WC. There are 2 sofabeds in the lounge, 1 double and 1 single, giving flexible sleeping options.

The apartment has its own entrance onto a good sized south-west balcony with table and chairs. It looks onto gardens and some exterior parking with great views up towards Mont Blanc.

In addition, there is access to shared underground parking and a good sized cellar within the building.
