The hotel specialises in organising many mountain activities, from one week mountaineering courses to the ascent of Mont Blanc. It was built at the beginning of the century in typical Savoyard style.

It is located only 10 minutes walk away from the town and the same distance from the picturesque Lac des Gaillands and its famous rock climbing crags.The hotel has 26 rooms on 2 floors. There are rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people all with en-suite bathrooms. Some rooms have balconies and all rooms have fantastic awe-inspiring views of Mont Blanc and the Glacier des Bossons at the front of the hotel and “Le Brevent” at the back.

The hotel also has a very friendly bar that is open every evening. You can relax at the bar after a great day skiing, watching one of the many films shown on the big screen (skiing and snowboarding in the winter and rock climbing and mountaineering in summer).

Hotel Restaurant: The La Chaumiere Restaurant is open every night. It features delicious local specialities (raclette, tartiflette and cheese fondue) and greatly appreciated home made cuisine. The restaurant becomes a buffet breakfast room every morning.

Minibus Service: The hotel runs its own minibus service, including both in-resort shuttles and airport transfers (please note: a small fee will apply).
