Chamonix Valley Activities
Chamonix needs no introduction as one of Europe’s best sporting playgrounds where sportsmen and women can enjoy the outdoors with some of the world’s most fantastic scenery in the background. As for the rest of us mere mortals, there is plenty of other stuff to do in the valley; and it can be as adrenaline-filled or as serene as you like.

The majority of things to do in Chamonix relate to being outdoors, and whilst there are many organised activities, getting out there is mainly what it is about - at a leisurely pace or at warp speed, it's up to you.

Chamonix markets its image as an extreme sports destination, however, this doesn't make it unsuitable for families with children to visit.
