New Chamonix forest adventure park
Opening in JuneA new forest adventure park is currently being developed in the tree-tops of the Gaillands forest and should be open for June.

Cham Aventure, a local adventure company run by Chamonix Company des Guides, have been busy constructing a Go Ape-esque adventure park in the Gaillands area of Chamonix.
The company have been granted permission to construct the tree-line park and have been using green building techniques, in accordance with the local forestry commission, such as tree-hauling with a horse.
The area is already popular for climbing in the summer so this will be a welcome addition to the list of Chamonix activities.
The Gaillands forest adventure park will be the second park of this type in Chamonix - there is already an adventure park in Les Planards as part of the Chamonix Parc de Loisirs.
