Le Cap Blanc, Chamonix Centre
Le Cap-Blanc is a must-try restaurant for all you sushi-lovers out there. The relaxed, minimalist setting was inspired by the Orient and the classic decor really sets it apart from the more traditional style of many of the other restaurants in and around Chamonix centre.

Black slate floors and silver coloured chairs, with large print canvases and funky glass-ware really give this restaurant an up market and modern feel.
If you feel like continuing the night after your meal, then head downstairs to Les Caves du Pèle, which is a great spot to while away an evening, with DJs providing the music and ambience. You can even choose to sit in your own little cave for a bit more privacy.
A little bit of background:
Owners, Wim Robberse and Laurence Claret-Tournier, have carefully renovated the building that once housed Cybar, Dick's Tea Bar and The Queen Vic. Damaged by fire some years ago, this building has been lovingly redesigned to house the three distinct and contemporary venues - Le Cap-Horn, Le Cap-Blanc and Les Caves du Pèle.
Wim and Laurence are the duo responsible for perennial favourites, La Caleche, offering traditional Savoyard food, and La Cabane, the restaurant at the golf club in Les Praz.
