18km of Cycle Paths Coming to the Chamonix Valley
Good news for cyclists as Chamonix to spend 1.5m euros on cycle paths
A commitment from the 4 main towns in the Valley has been made, to build 18km of cycle paths over the next few years.
8 of the total 18km will be shared usage, but 10km will be dedicated purely to bikes.
The 1.5 million euro budget will be spent slowly, in tranches of 300,000 per year until the work is complete (5 years).
Good news for anyone who took part in the Velo'rution Air rallies last year and the Inspire group!
