Skiing with your Dad can be so embarrassing
If you are new to the slopes then the lift system, with its bubbles, chairs and drags can be daunting.
Where do you put your poles?
Do you un-strap your board from your feet?
Do you take your blades off before you get into the bubble?
For the initiated the answers to these questions are simple but if you are new to skiing and snowboarding then you can have some problems on the lifts.
Last year it was the skier in Vail who got caught by his ski pants on the chairlift but the unfortunate accident that made me smile this week was this poor fellow who gives himself an awful wedgie >>
