Three conference rooms / class rooms with WiFi
Insted Conference Centre help groups or companies to organise meetings, seminaries and conferences in light and modern facilities.
Within walking distance from hotels, restaurants and ski lifts, Insted's staff will ensure that meetings runs smoothly with high and personal service.
The rooms have WiFi-access, whiteboards, interactive whiteboards, laptop projector, DVD, TV, printers, fax and copy machines. The facilities also hold a reception and a lounge area with self-service of coffee/tea and a small kitchenette.
A receptionist is available during the daytime to assist you with your conference. The building has three conference rooms:
- Salle Mont Blanc: Maximum of 28 people
- Salle Drus: Maximum of 20 people
- Salle Verte: Maximum of 14 people
Additional equipment can be made available on request.
The conference centre can be rented with or without services included. If support is wanted Insted's staff can provide additional services to make the conference more enjoyable.
