This contemporary alpine apartment is situated in a great location just a short five-minute walk from the centre of Chamonix and very close to the beginner slopes and children's play park at Les Planards.

The apartment is spread over two floors and has a comfortable cosy interior decorated with stylish furnishings. The living space is on the first floor and is open plan. There is a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and two large armchairs centred around a wood-burning stove. This is a great place to stretch out and relax in the evening, perhaps in front of a film on the flat-screen TV.

The sitting area leads through to the dining area and the fully equipped modern kitchen with full-size oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The apartment has access to a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful surrounding mountain views.

For entertainment and relaxation, there is a communal sauna shared with the other apartments in the residence, where you can soothe any aching muscles after a day of activity. The apartment also has a flat-screen TV and DVD player so you can watch your favourite programmes and WiFi access so you can keep up with friends and family at home.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to eight in three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms are configured as follows:

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively you could opt for a food delivery service.
