Situated within the Hotel L'Heliopic this new luxurious apartment offers the best of both worlds, the privacy of having your own self-contained space as well as having access to hotel services as and when you choose.

The apartment is in a great location, right next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car and just a three minute walk from the centre of town where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

The interior has been completed to the highest standards and is decorated in a contemporary alpine design. The open plan living area offers a fully fitted kitchen with full-sized oven, wine-cooler and dishwasher so you can easily self cater if you choose to. There is also a comfortable sofa so you can stretch out and relax after a day on the mountain in front of a film. WiFi access is available throughout so you'll easily be able to keep up with friends and family at home.

The living room provides access to a lovely sunny terrace complete with outdoor jacuzzi so you can unwind in privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the hotels fantastic spa with indoor pool, steam room, sauna,  jacuzzi, tepidarium, ice cave and cold water wells. You can also choose to indulge in massage and beauty treatments.

If you are staying in the winter months the apartment includes a ski locker so you can store all your equipment without it taking over your living space.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to six in two double / twin room and a double sofa bed in the living room. The rooms share a full sized family bathroom.

Dining

The apartment is let on a self catering basis but guests will be able to make use of the restaurant within the hotel and the cafe and deli opposite.

Transfers

You’ll need to book your own transfers, when staying here. Your main options are shared or private transfers, but consider whether you would prefer a door-to-door service or a (generally cheaper) “communal” drop-off point at your destination.

Ski Hire

The hotel has its own in-house ski hire shop stocking the biggest names in skis and snowboards. It's over 90m2 and is totally dedicated to winter sports. Whether you are looking for ski poles, winter clothing, bags, sun protection, sunglasses, gloves, helmets, or masks, the ski shop also has a huge range of accessories for sale to help you enjoy your stay. With a ski room and lockers also available, the ski shop has everything you need for your time on the slopes, and can arrange lessons to suit all levels. It is right at the heart of the resort and is open from 08:00 to 19:00.

Instructors & Lessons

When staying here, you’ll need to book  your own ski or snowboard lessons. Tuition is strongly recommended for complete beginners and is always a good idea whatever your level to perfect your technique. Group lessons are a great way for children to learn with their peers whilst giving you some free time on the slopes. Groups are also a generally cheaper option for adults, however, with a private instructor you’ll have undivided attention and be able to progress at your own pace.

Guides & Tours

When staying here, you’ll need to book your own Guides & Tours, which are a great way to discover Chamonix whilst doing a number of fun activities. During the winter, if you are keen to go off-piste, booking a High Mountain Guide is strongly recommended. Not only do they know the best local spots, these highly trained and experienced individuals are very familiar with the surroundings and can provide loads of insights you won’t get by yourself, as well as helping to ensure your safety.

Families & Kids

You’ll need to book your own childcare, when staying here. There is a great choice of childcare options in Chamonix from full-time nanny services to the odd night of babysitting. In addition, during the winter season, many of the ski-schools operate creche services. Booking in advance is always recommended and strongly advised for the school holiday periods.
