La Maison Carrier restaurant are celebrating 20 years this year, and will be offering a special menu on selected dates in September and November 2017. 

On the menu: 

Le boudin de la maison, poire et lard paysan au miel ou Fondant de saumon mi-cuit/mi-fumé au Hameau, tomme blanche de Montroc et ciboule, huile de crustacés

Black pudding (blood sausage), pear and bacon with honey or Semi-cooked semi-smoked salmon fondant with white Tomme from Montroc and spriong onion with shellfish oil


La quenelle de brochet du Père Carrier, écrevisses du Léman et coulis des têtes

Pike quenelles from father Carrier, Geneva crayfish and seafood coulis


Carré de porc fermier rôti à la broche, crème aux champignons des bois et farçon chamoniard

Spit-roasted pork loin with cream of mushrooms and locally made farçon

The restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner with the exception of Mondays. 

This special menu is available from 19th September to 5th November 2017 for lunch: 12:00 - 14:00 and dinner 19:00 - 21:30. 

Price per person €39.
