Completion of Work on the TMB Ramp

The traffic in the direction of Italy will finally flow freely after 2 months work to secure the carriageway following a rock fall on the ramp of the Mont Blanc Tunnel. Traffic has been disrupted since the beginning of March while work to secure the carriageway was in progress. During that time vehicles travelling in both directions had to share the same lane for a 150m stretch of road. The temporary traffic lights were removed yesterday so hopefully there will be no more queues.
