Cross Country Tandem Paraglide, Chamonix / Mont Blanc Valley

45 to 60 min cross country paragliding flight

featured in Flying & flights

Enjoy a longer flight than the usual tandem paraglide and experience an amazing trip above the mountains to give you an incredible feeling of flying like an eagle.

The Cross Country flights are only possible if there are strong thermals to lift the glide high in the air. Usually, these conditions are towards the end of the morning and beginning of the afternoon in the spring and summer season.

What to expect:

Launching: Your active participation will be required with a short run for the take-off along a gentle slope, the wing lifts you off the ground (there is no sensation of falling). In fact, a good launch feels similar to an airplane taking off.

The flight: Just relax in a very comfortable sit-harness and enjoy an amazing view facing the highest mountains of Europe! You will have your hands free enabling you to take photos or video...You will also be able to learn the basics of piloting and if you want the pilot will even let you take control.

Touchdown and landing: Again your active participation will be required with a short run on landing which is easy and generally gentle, according to the valley wind.
