Pigne D'Arolla & Rosablanche Heli-Skiing Trip, Chamonix / Mont Blanc Valley
Heliskiing trip in Switzerland for up to 6 people
A fantastic program with two beautiful summits and downhills!
As heliskiing is not allowed in France this trip departs from Sion Airport which is approximately one hour from Chamonix by car (transfer from Chamonix is included).
You will take off and enjoy a great flight landing near the Matterhorn on the Pigne d'Arolla at 3790m. After a magnificent view of the Northern Alps you will have a beautiful descent of 1800m in altitude towards the Val d'Arolla where you will fly with HeliAlpes for another summit, Rosablanche 3336m. Then a long and easy descent towards Siviez/Nandaz where you will take a taxi to return to Sion after a day or you'll remember forever!
Alternatively, you can choose to just do the one flight on Pigne d'Arolla.

- If necessary - Avalanche Transceivers and safety equipment for glacier skiing, such as security harness, snow probe and shovel.
Please note: The taxi fare to return to Sion airport is not included in the price. It is approximately 150€ and takes approximately 40 minutes.
Worth knowing
Owner and manager Franck Chapon is passionate about the mountains and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge of all the sports they offer. He is a High Mountain Guide IFMGA-UIAGM, International Ski & Snowboard Instructor, Paragliding Instructor/Tandem Pilot and former French Number 1. in the French Paragliding team.
As a minimum, you should be an all piste skier /snowboarder and be confident to ski/snowboard off-piste, powder snow, moguls and steep slopes.
Please ensure you check your travel insurance policy before you leave to ensure you are covered for Off-Piste skiing and Heliski.
