Brevent, Flegere and Le Tour ski areas to open this weekend, 9th December

Brevent, Flegere and Le Tour will all be open for business for the winter come Saturday morning. If you can't wait until then, Grands Montets will be open on Friday the 8th of December as well. The areas will open with some of the best conditions we’ve seen for years, and there is a lot more snow forecast for the weekend. Some reports are forecasting over 100cm for parts of the resort between Thursday and Monday.

Cold temperatures have allowed for plenty of snowmaking, however, it is still early in the season. This means runs lower down the mountain might still be closed. And as reported earlier in the week, snow cover off-piste is still thin, so exercise caution if venturing beyond the piste markers.
