Pretty chalet serving snacks and meals on the return route down from the famous Vallée Blanche off-piste run, at the end of the Mer de Glace, also open in summer for hikers.
Located at the foot of the Drus mountains, this small chalet has wonderful views. They serve home-made food, such as their famous Joson turnover, salad with warm goat cheese from the Trolles farm, omelettes, tartines and desserts like the chocolate moelleux or croute with honey and cinnamon.
You can even spend a night there in the summer, in one of their transparent cocoons hanging from the trees, including a welcoming cocktail, dinner and breakfast.
