Sitting pretty next to the Mont Blanc Tram line, this restaurant has exceptional views across the valley and plenty of ye olde rural charm.
This charming old mountain shack serving traditional homemade cuisine. Family run with plenty of character, expect to be crammed into a warm and cosy, if slightly rickety dining room. Food is made from regional ingredients (cheese, cheese and more cheese), if you don't want a full meal then one of their homemade desserts with a coffee is a lovely afternoon treat.
Tables and chairs are laid out on the lawn on warmer winter days and throughout summer. The tram stops just outside, making it a good spot to grab a cuppa while you wait for your lift.
An interesting little sideline is the bars of scented soap make from donkey milk, each one attributed to a particular donkey from a local farm!
