This is a luxurious apartment in a converted chalet, right on the slopes of Les Houches so a true ski in/out experience, being only metres from the Maison Neuve chairlift.

This apartment is on three levels with its own entrance, and benefits from a shared jacuzzi and laundry room with the other apartment.

It has a very spacious and well equipped kitchen which is fitted with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine plus a range of cooking equipment, utensils, pots and pans and crockery.

There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with a sofa, armchair, fireplace and plenty of kid's toys, games, and books for enjoying evenings around the fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight and there is open access through to the kitchen.

The entrance hallway has plenty of storage space for boots and coats and outside there is parking space for 3 cars. Wifi is available and there is a flat screen TV in the lounge with UK, and Italian satellite channels and French Herzian channels. There is also a CD player, DVD player, and an iPod / iPhone music loudspeaker.

Shared facilities with the other apartment are a luxurious 7 seat outdoor jacuzzi and a laundry room in the basement with a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes line. There is also a shared outdoor ski store in a wooden mazot in the garden.

Sleeping

This apartment will sleep up to 8 people in the following bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 1 (ground floor) is a double room with an en-suite shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are both doubles and can be configured as either double or twin rooms.
Bedroom 4 is a double bed on the mezzanine under the eaves (restricted head room).

Alongside the ensuite shower room (with large Italian styled shower) there is a family bathroom with an oversized tub, double sinks and a separate WC.
