These fully qualified High Mountain Guides offer a range of challenging, adrenaline pumping adventures as well as more tranquil excursions in and around the Chamonix Valley.
All this company's guides are passionate about the mountains and want to share with you their knowledge and experience. Apart from their ski school and ski & snowboard private lessons, some of the options available to you are:
Climbing Mont Blanc: (Go to the top of Europe with The Top of Europe Organisation!)
This is the experience of a lifetime for the physically fit. This professional company, unlike some, take this climb extremely seriously and would never offer you the option to reach the summit in just 2-3 days. They want to ensure that you are prepared for a safe, planned climb which will ensure success. Their programme involves a 4-day hiking course, 1 day of glacier training, 1 day of snow and rock climbing at 3800 metres followed by the 3-day ascent of Mont Blanc. The cost which includes guides, hotels, mountain huts, lift passes and full board is €8,500 for 1 person or €12,500 for 2 people.
Many people come to Chamonix in the winter to try the famous off-piste ski run, the Vallee Blanche, a 20km descent from the top of the Aiguille du Midi at 3842 metres. These experienced guides know the area extremely well and can lead you through this glacier route in complete safety. You can even do it early in the morning, sleeping in a mountain hut during the night, ensuring that no other skiers are there.
Tour du Mont Blanc:
In the summer months, you can discover the stunning trails around the Mont Blanc mountain chain that take you from France into Italy and Switzerland. This beautiful route can be done with these qualified guides in 6 to 13 days depending on how much time you have and how far you want to go. Included in the price is a guide, full board, hotels/mountain huts and transfers (including luggage transfers). Prices start at €1010 for a 6 day hike.
Heli Skiing & Boarding as well as Helicopter Rides:
With Chamonix being so close to the Italian and Swiss border, you can easily pop over and enjoy untouched slopes and deep powder of these nearby slopes. Alternatively, you can simply book a flight to get a fantastic bird-eye view of this beautiful valley.
Spend some time away from the slopes in a tranquil mountain setting discovering the local nature and wildlife. You can even visit remote spots via helicopter!
