Chamonix Snow Report: 21 February 2004
Most of any of the decent areas have been closed due to very high 'forne' (warm) winds from somewhere dusty - verything is covered in a layer of dirt. So nothing much to report. Lower lifts are open.
Snow is forecast for on and around the start of this week.
It is no longer possible to ski back to the town (unless you want rough ride) but nevermind.
The PanoChamCam is now fully operational...we have some great images now available on the site webcams index. We have a few more on their way....
