Chalet Scierie is a beautifully renovated detached chalet in the hamlet of Les Tines, a quiet spot ideally situated for skiing in both Chamonix and Argentiere as it lies a few minutes' drive from the Flegere lift or 5 minutes from Les Grands Montets.
This pretty chalet is in a wonderful mountain setting next to a chapel; with the sound of the river running past and fabulous views of Mont Blanc it really is idyllic.
On the ground floor there is a large hall/boot room, and the living area is open plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The hand-made kitchen has a beautiful range, breakfast bar, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with a small freezer unit. The chalet also has a washing machine and tumble drier in the spacious cellar/basement. The living/dining area is perfectly suited to relaxing in comfortable chairs around the fireplace, with large windows looking towards Mont Blanc and some beautiful sunsets.
Outside there is a hot tub on the decking and a south facing garden providing a wonderful view. There is also a spacious garage available for parking.

Sleeping
The chalet sleeps up to 8 people in 4 twin/double en-suite bedrooms.
- On the first floor both of the bedrooms have French windows leading to a balcony.
- On the second floor one of the two bedrooms has a free standing bath and basin, the other is a smaller twin/double bedroom with a basin, and the low beds in this room run into the pitch of the roof.
Dining
This is normally let as a self catered chalet, although it may also be booked on a catered basis on request.
When booked catered, prices include a hearty continental breakfast (porridge, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, croissants etc) homemade cake & tea after skiing and on five evenings each week, a four course dinner with wine. The chefs do not have a fixed menu but enjoy creating menus to suit your preferences. They provide a very good house wine and you may also upgrade this by buying from their carefully chosen wine list.
