Trig is down in Les Houches enjoying the cover offered by the trees and the shelter from the Foehn wind.

Some of the snow has been blown off by the wind but the in general the wind has softened the snow and made for great conditions on piste, and with more snow forecast it's all looking good in Cham.

Jonathan Trigell is the author of the novel Boy A winner of The John Llewellyn Rhys Prize, The Waverton Award and The World Book Day Prize 2008, which was recently turned into a BAFTA winning drama by Film 4.
