Chamonix Apres Ski Report: 19th December 2008
The snows still coming thick and fast and so are the masses. This week saw a rush of last minute holidays makers and new saisonniers packing the après ski hot spots and making good use of a string of awesome powder days.
Monkey was alive and kicking on Tuesday night with Coco Penny whipping up their usually frenzy and inspiring some not quite so rehearsed fans to take to the stage. Bar'd Up is also digging the karaoke vibe this Saturday night.
There's no rest for the wicked as La Terrace held its second opening party in two weeks but this time to mark the opening of upstairs...any excuse for a party ay!
Beware of all things plastic and yellow or you might find some embarrassing reminders of your drunken escapades turning up in next week's addition of Le Petit Canard .The yellow duck has once again taken to the streets to the delight of it's fans who turned out in force on Wednesday night for the start of season party and La Terrace and No Escape were awash with yellow as they played host to the bash.
Christmas is getting worryingly close and to bring it a little closer Le Vert is throwing it's “not to be missed” Christmas party on Sunday 21st featuring Soul of man- Fingerlickin records and DJ Perplex-DMC Champ Oz! See you all there!
