This is a luxurious apartment in a converted chalet, right on the slopes of Les Houches, so is a true ski in/out experience being only metres from the Maison Neuve chairlift.

This apartment is on two levels, has its own entrance and benefits from a shared jacuzzi and laundry room with another apartment.

The apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer.

The lounge area has a great corner sofa and arm chair as well as a large flat screen TV (Italian satellite and French freeview channels), CD and DVD players. There is a dining table and bench seating for 6 and the great feature about this space is the floor to ceiling window which leads directly onto the terrace and garden.

This is a great winter home and could be combined with the other 3 bed apartment (Cham 0281) meaning the whole chalet could sleep up to 14.
